For Example :
In the building with 3 floor.
1st fl : Sales Counter :Invoicing,Cash Receipt
2nd fl : Accounting Dept: General Journal entry, AR & AP, Inventory Control
3rd fl : Authorized Manager : Monitoring daily operation through any reports
Coumputerized Description :
The Sales Counter propose draft Invoices, but before it's printed, the draft will be checked by manager in the 3rd fl, after approving, invoices will be released to the customer. Sales data will directly goes to Accounting Department to be recorded and journalized by akuntan. So AR and Inventory automatically updated.
